The HRLC is managed by a Board of Directors and also receives expert guidance and advice from a high-level Advisory Committee.

• Fiona McLeay (Executive Director, Public Interest Law Clearing House)
• David Manne (Executive Director, Refugee and Immigration Legal Centre)

The Advisory Committee comprises:
