International Submissions

The Human Rights Law Resource Centre undertakes significant human rights policy and law reform work at an international level. Submissions are made to bodies including the UN Human Rights Committee, the UN Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, the UN Committee against Torture, and a range of Special Procedures of the UN Human Rights Council.

In 2008, an Independent Evaluation of the Centre found that “The contribution of the Centre to law reform is evident and represents ’significant impact’, particularly in raising the profile of these issues and contributing to public discourse on human rights.”
